ST NICHOLAS CARE FUND ADVENT APPEAL
Next week 11th December 2011 is Caring Sunday. Our retiring collection will be taken up in support of the St Nicholas Care Fund. We thank you all for your contiued support to both the parish and the clergy. It is most appreciated.
THE BLESSING OF THE GLASGOW CRIB
Civic and Religious leaders of Glasgow will gather on Wednesday 7th December 2011, at 5.30pm in George Square. They will be supported by St Francis primary school, Gorbals. It provides us with the opportunity to stop and reflect in the true meaning of Christmas.
ADVENT
Advent helps us to appreciate God's faithfull love for us all. Advent is not a time for penance and sadness, its' chief characteristic is joyfull expectations.

PARISH HOLIDAY TO IRELAND
A five day Parish holiday to Letterkenny in Donegal is being arranged for 8th to 12th October 2012. The cost is £259 per person and anyone interested is very welcome to contact 0141 959 6246 or 0141 954 9252.
